With QED Express we have reduced our turnaround time to an average of 10 days, As a priority customer, we guarantee that we will service and return your instruments in 10 days or less*. If we do not meet this, the cost of your calibration is on us**!

We have created a dedicated fast-track line so your equipment receives precedent over other instruments in for service. This priority placement combined with the new streamlined procedure means your instrument gets in our technicians’ hands faster. This means you get your analyzer back sooner, allowing it to stay where it belongs for longer – in the field, not the shop.

We stand behind the quality and reliability of our QED Express service and repair program. Our commitment is to provide you with peace of mind and confidence in our products and services. Therefore, we will guarantee the following:

If the instrument requires further servicing within the 12-month period due to calibration, we will fix the instrument free of charge, provided that you have performed proper field calibrations following our guidelines***. This guarantee ensures that your gas analyzer will continue to perform to the high standards you expect.

*This is 10 business days from the time that QED receives the instrument, to the time we ship it back to you. Time between shipment and arrival depends on the shipping method. 

 

**If the instrument requires additional repairs beyond QED Express coverage, this guarantee won’t apply, as we’ll need your approval before starting the extra work which relies on your response time. However, QED will do its best to meet our Express Service commitment for priority customers.

 

*** The customer should follow the instructions outlined in the manual's field calibration section. Contact QED technical services for review of calibration data and return authorization. This guarantee is valid only if the operator follows operational and calibration instructions. It does not cover failures caused by misuse, non-compliance with instructions, or exposure to unsuitable chemicals or gases.
